Last year’s Overwatch gameplay trailer #1 featured a gorilla in a battlesuit. It’s now 2015 and Overwatch gameplay trailer #2 features…well, nothing as cool as a gorilla in a battlesuit.
The trailer is almost five minutes long, and we get a rundown on some of the new characters. Notables are:
Junkrat (:30) – psychotic joker, kills with a bear trap.
D.Va (2:20) – anime girl with K-pop wink, has a pink battlemech.
Genji (3:11) – yeah, like Tale Of…. Ninja guy. Calls Hanzo brother. Are they really brothers, or is it like, we’re bro, what’s up? They don’t like each other, though.
There’s also a nimble fat guy who hand-cranks his machine gun and an eskimo who’s like Ice Man except she’s got clothes on.
The game is out Spring 2016 to PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
